I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which boasts a stunning location right by the beautiful coast and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The highlight for me was the outstanding service, with staff going out of their way to make my experience special. However, the dining options were a bit pricey for what was offered, which might not suit everyone's budget.

The rooms were spacious and quiet, offering a nice view from the balcony. They were also very clean, which I appreciated.
Service
10.0
The service was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised when they delivered a beautiful birthday cake to my room for my daughter, which made her day very special. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic, right on the headland and just a short walk from numerous bars and restaurants.
Dining
7.0
The dining was good, but the prices were on the higher side, especially for the buffet. It might be considered too expensive at €24 a head.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were decent, although I felt some areas could use modernization, especially to enhance the guest experience.

7.4/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a nice experience. The rooms were quite spacious and well-equipped, which I loved. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we were well looked after. However, I did have a couple of dining experiences that didn't meet my expectations, and the location had its challenges with local traffic. Still, the amenities were great, and I felt I got good value for my money.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were huge and well-equipped, and I really appreciated having a balcony.
Service
7.0
Service was attentive and polite, and I felt well looked after by the staff. However, I wasn't too pleased with one dining experience where the pasta was overcooked and the mussels didn't taste fresh.
Location
7.0
The hotel is right on the water's edge, which is beautiful, but local traffic can be tough, so it might be better to skip driving.
Dining
6.0
Dining surpassed my expectations in some areas, but I found the options limited, especially during the week when some places were closed.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities are impressive, especially the gym, which is massive and has all the equipment you could need.

7.2/10

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a fantastic view overlooking the bay, but it also overlooked a busy car park and the road leading to the casino. The rooms were stylish and modern, but they weren't quite ready upon arrival, which was a bit frustrating. The friendly staff stood out with their professionalism and assistance, making the stay pleasant. However, I was charged €1 for charity without prior consent, which left a sour taste. Overall, it had its perks but also some drawbacks that make it less than ideal.

Rooms
7.0
The new Luxury Bay suites were stylish and modern, but they had motion sensors that seemed unnecessary, and the view was somewhat compromised by the car park's presence.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with any request, and they made a notable effort to keep things enjoyable for families.
Location
6.0
The hotel is centrally located, close to the nightlife of Paceville, but the beach area is quite crowded, and during my stay, it was rather windy and not ideal for beach activities.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were quite satisfying, with a variety that catered to different tastes, although there’s room for improvement in some meals.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, but I felt they could use more attention and upkeep, especially coming into the winter months.

8.4/10

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is beautifully located on its own peninsula overlooking the Mediterranean. The rooms were fantastic, especially in the new wing that provided a serene olive garden view. While the service was mostly friendly, I did encounter one rude employee that slightly dampened the experience. Additionally, the dining options were quite good, though the noise levels could be a bit much at times, not ideal for a tranquil breakfast. Overall, I felt it was a great value for money given the location and amenities.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed during our stay.
Service
7.0
For the most part, the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great advice on local attractions. However, I did experience rudeness from one employee.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, offering peace and quiet while still being close to several great restaurants and attractions. It's perfect for enjoying various water sports.
Dining
7.0
Dining was generally delicious and diversified, but I found the noise in the restaurant somewhat unacceptable, especially for a five-star hotel.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the pool area. It added to the luxurious feel of the hotel.

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. The views from my room were simply stunning, and I loved the spacious layout. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. That said, the fact that my room wasn't properly cleaned after the first night was a letdown, along with some noise from nearby construction. Overall, it was decent value, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and offered fantastic sea views. Unfortunately, it wasn't made up after the first night, and I had to request clean towels from an attendant, which wasn't ideal.
Service
9.0
The staff were brilliant! They were really friendly and helpful, consistently making me feel at ease during my stay.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in a perfect spot in St. Julian's. I enjoyed beautiful sunrises from my room, and it was conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was good, with a good variety that was particularly suitable for kids, although I wouldn't say it was spectacular.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great facilities, but some areas felt a bit cramped during peak hours, which impacted the overall experience.
